Economic, Environmental and Social Benefits Analysis of Remanufacturing Strategies for Used Products

The operating environment and using conditions of mechanical products are complex diverse, which has caused a large number to be unable remanufactured or have low-remanufacturability. Such often ignored by remanufacturing companies society, aggravates environmental pollution waste resources. Therefore, this article provides decision-making model for two strategies complete machine (CMR) part (PR) used with Firstly, from the perspective process under existing technical conditions, economic, environmental, social benefits different solutions analyzed. Secondly, entropy method is weigh reduce error, linear regression find comprehensive its strategies. Finally, through research on tool CA6180, results show that tested should choose strategy PR put it market. Moreover, proposed in paper helps realize resource-saving environment-friendly manufacturing ecology new research.
